A great spice rub for bbq spare ribs, chicken or fish and you can also use it as a seasoning for almost anything.
Transfer this spice to an airtight container and store for up to 3 months.
CAJUN SMOKEY BLACKENING SPICE
This spice forms part of the Deep South traditional dishes. Made from a recipe, handed down through the generations, it has been produced from 11 beautiful roasted herbs and spices, to bring you the authentic Cajun flavours, with each dish.
Just melt some butter and rub it all over your meat or fish and sprinkle this spice on both sides.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes and fry until cooked and the meat / fish blackens
Can also be used as a general Cajun spice blackening rub
